Club Administration Software
NOTE: In August 2003 Rotary International purchased Clubmate software for use by all of its Rotary Clubs. The software is provided free of charge to every Rotary club in the world and is available from download from the Rotary Member Access Portal. Each club is allowed to download one copy of the software and then make additional copies for distribution to its club officers. Effective December 31, 2003, RI no longer supports Clubmate software. You must update to Ri-CAS version 1.0 in order to gain support. The download does require a high speed internet connection and should only be downloaded to a PC, not a Macintosh. If you are a MAC user or you do not have high speed Internet access, you may purchase the software through the Rotary catalog for $19.00.
A new release for the RI Club Administration Software (RI-CAS - formerly known as "Clubmate") is now available through the RI Member Access Portal on the Rotary International Web Site. The release resolves several known and reported issues without affecting substantive features that benefit club and district officers. Following is a complete list of fixes:

The Badge Board report now sorts by Last Name or by BB#, the report will only print sorted by BB#. Previously the report was not sorted by any order at all.

The Membership Card report in RI-CAS will now display the "Club secretary" when the reverse print option is selected, this report can be found under the labels tab.

RI-CAS will activate the "Manage Duplicate Member Records" function to allow all transactions (attendance, accounting or event) from one member record to be transferred to another member record, which will then allow users to delete the incomplete record.

RI-CAS will allow users to select an event charge from the lookup window when entering an event charge for guest attendance.

The "Club Statistics" report for RI-CAS has been corrected to display the correct statistics even if all members are listed as the same type.

When using the "Send to RI" membership function, the body of the e-mail will correctly display the name of the club.

RI Roster will now save all updated member photos and delete old photos when the application is closed.

RI Roster will now include the "Sponsor's" field to look up and import sponsor names.

RI-CAS will now update the entity year and period when there is more than one entity.

RI-CAS treasurer has been corrected to calculate the correct member balances if any transactions have been deleted and when new members have been added to the database.

The "Membership Card" report has been corrected so that the bar code will always default to the correct card number.

Users will now be able to print directly from RI Roster, using the following paper formats: Legal, Letter, A4, A5.

Fixed Export/Send To option bug, users can now export & send multiple meetings in the Attendance section. Select a meeting, preview the report and click ?Send to?.

When the following symbols (%, *, _, $) are entered into the treasurer module, the application will not shut down and instead prompt an instruction message
RI-CAS, adapted from the popular Clubmate program, is designed to help clubs and districts perform common administrative tasks such as attendance and membership tracking and member billing, quickly and efficiently.
Current users of RI-CAS 1.0 may download and install the technical upgrades, which are posted in the Member Access area of the RI web site.. Current users should be sure to download the upgrade only and not the full version of the software described below.
New users may obtain the full, updated version of RI-CAS either by download or order. The free download (40MB) is available in Member Access; it is recommended only for users with a high-speed Internet connection.
